Dhaval Mankad

I am Dhaval Mankad and I work for Ministry of Social Development as Work Retention Specialist. My Role is part of Responding Early component of Here Toitu Programme * which is mainly aimed at those who are working either Full time / Part time or Self Employed and at risk of losing their employment due to health condition or disability. In my role as a Work Retention Specialist, I provide Human Resource advice and employment support with an aim to achieve sustainable employment outcomes for these participants. I have gained significant public service experience whilst working with MSD and I also have a post graduate qualification in Human Resource and am passionate about employment relations and resolving issues in workplace.  I enjoy being part of Here Toitu programme as it gives me the opportunity to interact with public and further serve our communities.
